These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of obgynbillingpro.com (the "Site"), operated by OBGYN Billing Pro ("we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Billing services provided to clients are governed by separate written agreements.

Articles, code references, calculators and other resources on the Site are for general educational purposes. Coding rules, payer policies and regulations change frequently, and their application depends on specific documentation and circumstances. Content on the Site is not legal, financial or medical advice and does not create a client relationship. Always confirm codes and policies against current official sources and your payers' published policies.

The revenue leakage calculator provides rough estimates based on the numbers you enter and the assumptions shown. Results are not a guarantee or prediction of any financial outcome.

Free audits

Free billing audits are offered at our discretion, require a signed Business Associate Agreement before any access to protected health information, and do not obligate you to purchase services. Findings are provided for your information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that burdens our systems, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

Site content, design and branding belong to OBGYN Billing Pro or its licensors. You may share links to our content and quote brief excerpts with attribution. CPT® is a registered trademark of the American Medical Association. Third-party images are used under their respective licenses.
