Learn moreFull-service RCM or individual services — your choice
Every OB/GYN practice has different needs. Some want a complete outsourced billing department. Others have a capable in-house team and need specialist help with one piece — a denial backlog, a coding audit, credentialing for a new physician, or preparation for the 2027 maternity code changes. Our services are designed to work either way.
Full-service revenue cycle management covers everything from eligibility verification to patient statements. It includes global maternity billing, surgical coding, denial management, A/R follow-up and monthly reporting, all handled by one team.
Individual services can be added on their own or combined: coding audits, denial management, credentialing and enrollment, eligibility verification and prior authorization, fee schedule optimization and new practice setup.
Services by type of care
Obstetrics
Obstetric billing is built around the pregnancy, not the visit. Through December 31, 2026, that means global packages and component codes; from January 1, 2027, it means phase-based reporting with E/M visits and new labor management and delivery codes. Our global maternity billing service tracks every pregnancy from the first visit, handles split care and insurance changes, and is preparing practices for the 2027 transition.
Gynecologic surgery
Hysterectomy, myomectomy, laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, LEEP and pelvic floor surgery — coded from the operative note and pathology report, with NCCI edits and modifiers handled before submission. See GYN surgery coding and urogynecology billing.
Office gynecology and preventive care
Well-woman visits, problem-oriented visits with modifier 25, the 99459 pelvic exam add-on, Medicare G0101 and Q0091, colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, LARC insertions with their device codes, and in-office ultrasound. These are included in our full-service RCM and reviewed in every coding audit.
Reproductive endocrinology and infertility
Benefit verification before each cycle, component or case-rate billing, fertility preservation, and clean separation of insurance and self-pay balances. See infertility & REI billing.
Telehealth
Virtual prenatal check-ins, postpartum follow-ups and gynecology visits billed with the right POS code, modifier and visit code for each payer. See telehealth billing.
How to choose the right service
| If your practice… | Start with |
|---|---|
| Has no dedicated biller, or just lost one | Revenue cycle management |
| Has a growing pile of denials or aged A/R | Denial management |
| Isn't sure whether coding is accurate | Coding audits |
| Is adding a new provider or location | Credentialing |
| Sees lots of eligibility or authorization denials | Eligibility verification |
| Suspects payers are underpaying | Fee schedule optimization |
| Is opening a new practice | New practice setup |
| Has high obstetric volume | Global maternity billing |
Not sure? That's what the free audit is for. We'll look at your data and recommend what would help most — even if that's something small.

- No setup fees and no long-term lock-in
Beyond OB/GYN
OB/GYN is our focus, but we also provide billing for cardiology, internal medicine, family practice and other specialties — particularly multi-specialty groups that include women's health providers.
Free resources
Before you talk to anyone, you can learn a lot from our free guides: the OB/GYN CPT code library, the ICD-10 O codes and sequencing guide, OB/GYN taxonomy codes, and the 2027 maternity transition guide. Our blog publishes a new OB/GYN billing article every week.
How engagements usually start
Most practices begin with the free audit. It answers three questions: where is revenue leaking today, which service would fix the biggest problem, and what would it cost? From there, practices typically choose one of three paths:
- Full-service RCM — we take over billing end to end, inside your existing systems, with a planned cutover so claims keep flowing and old A/R keeps getting worked.
- Targeted project — a defined piece of work such as a denial backlog cleanup, a coding audit, credentialing a new provider or 2027 maternity readiness.
- Ongoing specialist support — your team keeps daily billing, and we handle a recurring function like denials, A/R follow-up or monthly coding review.
Whichever path you choose, you'll have a dedicated point of contact, a clear scope in writing, and monthly reporting on the results.
Our approach in every service
- Specialty knowledge first. We apply OB/GYN-specific rules — global maternity, surgical weight tiers, Chapter 15 coding, payer obstetric policies — to every claim.
- Documentation-based coding. Codes and modifiers come from the record, never from habit.
- Root-cause denial work. Every denial is categorized so the upstream process gets fixed.
- Plain-English reporting. You'll always know what we did and what changed.
Specialty depth where it matters
Women's health billing rewards specialists. Global maternity packages, split care, Chapter 15 diagnosis rules, hysterectomy weight tiers, LARC device codes and payer obstetric policies are daily work for our team — and the 2027 maternity transition is already part of how we plan every client's billing.
Questions to ask before choosing any billing service
- Does the team have OB/GYN-specific experience with global maternity, GYN surgery and Chapter 15 coding?
- Will they work inside your current EHR and practice management system?
- What exactly will you see in monthly reports?
- How are denials handled — is every denial worked and categorized?
- What's included in the price, and what costs extra?
- What happens to your data and open A/R if you part ways?
We're happy to answer all of these on a quick call or by WhatsApp.
Services FAQs
Can we use just one of your services?
Yes. Many practices start with a single service — a coding audit, denial cleanup or credentialing — and keep the rest in-house. You can add services at any time.
What's the difference between RCM and medical billing?
Medical billing usually refers to creating and submitting claims and following up on payment. Revenue cycle management covers the whole process, from scheduling and eligibility through coding, claims, payment posting, denials, A/R and patient collections — plus reporting.
Do you bill for specialties other than OB/GYN?
Yes. OB/GYN is our focus, but we also support cardiology, internal medicine, family practice and other specialties, including multi-specialty groups.
How do we know which service we need?
Start with the free audit. We'll review your claims, denials and A/R and recommend what would help most — even if it's something small you can fix yourselves.
Do you work inside our existing EHR?
Yes. We work inside the systems OB/GYN practices commonly use, including athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, AdvancedMD, Tebra, DrChrono and ModMed.
Is there a setup fee or long contract?
No setup fees and no long-term lock-in. We quote after the free audit based on your volume and the services you choose.
